Choirs love Christmas. The pleasure of revisiting the familiar and exploring the new is something singers enjoy year after year. This superb new collection of 42 carols by 26 composers has been specially compiled to appeal to church and school choirs of all kinds. Choirs and those who listen to them will love the 30 new carols in a wide range of tempos and styles (from plainsong to funk), as well as twelve arrangements of well-known favourites. At least six of the settings can be sung unaccompanied, for the more reflective moments as well as the all important impromptu carol singing.

The best-selling first volume of RSCM Anthems for SA/Men, published in 2018, continues to give choirs plenty to get their teeth into with many pieces that can be learned quickly and performed over and over again. This book continues that spirit – 3 part settings that are straightforward but innovative, pleasing to sing, have inspiring texts, and are flexible enough so they can be sung by choirs of all shapes and sizes. The accompaniment parts are not complicated and can be played on an organ or piano. These wonderful carol settings will form part of your carol services for years to come.

Excellent service marred by Covid-19
21 November 2020  |

This was my first experience of this company. I ordered two of these well-priced books for a friend and me. I was notified that they had been despatched within two days by Royal Mail First Class. This excellent service was marred by the delivery taking five days to reach me, arriving only just in time for our rehearsal. This was because of Royal Mail staffing problems due to Covid-19, and in no way reflects on Forwoods Scorestore.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours excluding weekends.

However, we have learned from experience not to make promises regarding delivery. We aim simply to provide you with a reliable service at a reasonable cost. To keep our prices competitive we do not keep huge stocks of any particular item. No matter how good our stock control, there will occasionally be times when a particular item is not immediately available.

Sometimes this will be due to overwhelming demand, and sometimes it will be due to circumstances beyond our control, such as the item having gone to reprint or out of print. You should be aware that your payment is taken automatically online at the time you place your order. In the circumstances outlined above, we will do our best to contact you and inform you of any anticipated delays. You may cancel your order at any time if you are not happy to wait.

Although we make every effort to ship your order according to these guidelines, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by delayed delivery.
