Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to this special offer:

A 15% discount on the normal selling price will be offered on most currently available printed music and a range of gifts and accessories to subscribers of Classical Music, Music Teacher, Opera Now, The Singer, Early Music Today and Classroom Music.  Scorestore Music reserve the right to not offer the discount on a limited range of archive and rare music and some items from minor publishers.

All products are sold subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.  If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will not charge you for any items that have not been supplied and will refund any payments already made for these items.   ScoreStore Music Ltd will not be liable for any other losses incurred as a result of our not meeting your order.

The offer is only available to personal non-account customers.

Magazine subscribers should initially telephone ScoreStore Music on 0118 976 2020 to register for the offer.  Their initial order must be placed by telephone, thereafter orders may be emailed to sales@scorestore.co.uk messages and emails will be acknowledged within one working day.

Delivery

Item prices quoted on our website do not include delivery.  Our delivery charges within the UK are as follows:

• First Class Post -  £2.00

Orders over £50 value before carriage charges:

• First Class Post, Special Delivery or Courier, according to weight - £5.00 

Deliveries outside the UK are sent by Airmail unless otherwise agreed.  Charges for non-UK deliveries are as follows:

Within the European Union, £3.00 for orders up to £50 before carriage and £7.50 for orders above £50 before carriage.

Outside the European Union, £6.00 for orders up to £50 before carriage and £10.00 for orders above £50 before carriage.

In the rare event that you have ordered items which are exceptionally heavy or awkward to package, we may contact you and request an additional delivery charge.

You will be informed at the time of placing your order whether or not your chosen items are in stock.  If all items are in stock, we will usually despatch your order within  two working days of authorisation of your payment.

If your order contains items not held in stock, we will despatch your order within two working days of receipt of the last item from our suppliers or within two working days of authorisation of your payment, whichever is the later. You may opt to have items despatched as they become available, although this may incur multiple delivery charges.  Where one or more of your selected items are not in stock, we will inform you of the likely delivery date and give you the option to cancel your order.

Although we make every effort to ship your order according to these guidelines, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by delayed delivery.

Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at returns@scorestore.co.uk.  We will terminate the transaction and refund any payments already made relating to your order.  Once an order has been dispatched, we will accept returns where they meet the following conditions:

In the event that your item is faulty you may return it to us within twenty-one days and we will refund the cost of the item and pay the cost of returning the item to us.  

If our error has led to an item has been mistakenly supplied to you and it is unopened and in as-new condition, you may return it to us within twenty-one days and we will refund the cost of the item and pay the cost of returning the item to us.  

If you have decided that you do not wish to keep an item that has been correctly supplied, you may return it to us unopened in as-new condition within fourteen days. In this case we will refund the cost of the item and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.  You may not return items that we have ordered specially for you unless they are faulty or supplied in error.

If you wish to return an item to us, please email returns@scorestore.co.uk for instructions and a Return Number.  We will not accept returned items without a Return Number.
