Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all sales by ScoreStore Music Limited. Placing an order by any means shall be treated as an offer by you to purchase the goods in accordance with these terms and terms and conditions. We will be deemed to have accepted this order at the point at which your items have been despatched.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. 

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques and postal orders. Your order will not be processed until either your card payment has been authorised or your cheque cleared.

All prices are in pounds sterling.  The total price payable including goods, delivery and VAT (if appropriate) will be as indicated when you confirm your order.  In case of an error in the quoted price, we will advise you of the corrected price and give you the option to cancel your order or accept the revised price.

Delivery

Item prices quoted on our website do not include delivery.  Our delivery charges within the UK are as follows:

• First Class Post - £2.00
  

Orders over £50 value before carriage charges:

• First Class Post, Special Delivery or Courier, according to weight - £5.00 

Deliveries outside the UK are sent by Airmail unless otherwise agreed.  Charges for non-UK deliveries are as follows:

Within the European Union, £3.00 for orders up to £50 before carriage and £7.50 for orders above £50 before carriage.

Outside the European Union, £6.00 for orders up to £50 before carriage and £10.00 for orders above £50 before carriage.

In the rare event that you have ordered items which are exceptionally heavy or awkward to package, we may contact you and request an additional delivery charge.

You will be informed at the time of placing your order whether or not your chosen items are in stock.  If all items are in stock, we will usually despatch your order within  two working days of authorisation of your payment.

If your order contains items not held in stock, we will despatch your order within two working days of receipt of the last item from our suppliers or within two working days of authorisation of your payment, whichever is the later. You may opt to have items despatched as they become available, although this may incur multiple delivery charges.  Where one or more of your selected items are not in stock, we will inform you of the likely delivery date and give you the option to cancel your order.

Although we make every effort to ship your order according to these guidelines, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by delayed delivery.

Availability

All products are sold subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.  If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will not charge you for any items that have not been supplied and will refund any payments already made for these items.   We will not be liable for any other losses you incur as a result of our not meeting your order.

Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at returns@scorestore.co.uk.  We will terminate the transaction and refund any payments already made relating to your order.  Once an order has been dispatched, we will accept returns where they meet the following conditions:

In the event that your item is faulty you may return it to us within twenty-one days and we will refund the cost of the item and pay the cost of returning the item to us.  

If our error has led to an item has been mistakenly supplied to you and it is unopened and in as-new condition, you may return it to us within twenty-one days and we will refund the cost of the item and pay the cost of returning the item to us.  

If you have decided that you do not wish to keep an item that has been correctly supplied, you may return it to us unopened in as-new condition within fourteen days. In this case we will refund the cost of the item and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.  You may not return items that we have ordered specially for you unless they are faulty or supplied in error.

If you wish to return an item to us, please email returns@scorestore.co.uk for instructions and a Return Number.  We will not accept returned items without a Return Number.

Privacy Statement

ScoreStore Music is committed to protecting your privacy.  We hold information about you to fulfil your orders and to provide the best possible experience for you as a customer. We are registered to hold this information under the terms of Data Protection Act 1998.  The information we maintain includes your name, contact details, order history and payment details.

We only pass your information to third parties for the purposes of processing your order.  We do not supply information for third-party marketing campaigns. We may, however, from time to time send you information about products and services offered by ScoreStore Music Limited.  If you do not wish to receive these communications, please email us at privacy@scorestore.co.uk.

We or our technology suppliers may attempt use cookies to track how you use http://www.scorestore.co.uk.  You are not obliged to accept these cookies and may configure your internet browser to reject them.  This will not affect your ability to purchase from us online.
